PUNCH, KICK, BURN

I have found the holy grail of fat loss. No, it's not some magic potion, we still have to work hard to get that extra fat to move out. It's BOXING! Doesn't sound so fun does it. But it is! I've taken one week of classes and I feel like the fourth Angel that Charlie just happen to forget about. Dancing burns calories, A LOT, but boxing makes you feel fierce, unstoppable, and believe it or not sexy. In a time of my life were I'm not feeling 100% satisfied, feeling unstoppable is not so bad. So here are the facts:
